Problem
Multiple users are unable to fill or edit a template in Word at the same time.
Description
If more than one user attempts to fill or edit a Word template simultaneously, only the first user gains access to the template. The other users are prompted with a message.

If a user attempts to fill an RTF or a Text template while another user has the template open for editing in Word, an error message appears.

Solution
To allow multiple users to edit or fill a template in Word simultaneously, make the template a Read-only file:
In Windows Explorer, right-click the file and select Properties.
In the General tab, select the Read-only check box.
