What it looks like
The Knowledge Base is divided into the following sections:
The best of the support e-mails that have been exchanged on our listserv or via Ghostfill's support@ghostfill.com.
A library of answers to frequently asked questions and solutions to common template programming problems.
A compendium of useful tips and tricks for both End Users and template Designers to enhance the power of GhostFill.
How it works
The Best of Support, the library of FAQs, Problems and Solutions and the Tips and Tricks are the three sections of the Knowledge Base that are frequently updated.
Click here to view how the FAQs, Problems and Solutions section has been divided up.
There is a section for each GhostFill plug-in. If you have a question or problem relating to Clauses, Databases, Dialogs, Lists or Profiles simply navigate to the relevant book and browse through the alphabetical list of FAQs and problems.
The GhostFill Explorer and the FillPoint Editor each have sections with questions and problems pertinent to them.
A section on Installing and Upgrading provides detailed information on installing the software and where and how to obtain upgrades.
Run-time Assembly deals with problems that may occur when running templates.
The End User section focuses on tips for running templates, storing documents and general navigation in GhostFill.
The Designer section provides tips on template programming, the GhostFill Scripting Language and integrating GhostFill with other applications. The Microsoft Word Functions section provides examples of how to use Word Functions in your FillPoints.

Updates
As they become available, new articles are added to the Knowledge Base and existing articles are updated.
Drop-downs and printing
To keep the Knowledge Base as compact and readable as possible, we have included all illustrations of templates and final documents, and also detailed explanations and solutions, as drop-downs. If articles include expanding or drop-down hotspots, click the hotspots to display the information before you print.
