Analysts
We are currently looking for a dynamic individual with a passion for software analysis and design to serve as a Business/Systems Analyst. Requirements include a relevant tertiary qualification from a Technikon or University, and 3+ years experience in analysis, design and/or development, preferably in a property related industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Working closely with the Product Owner to guide the direction of the software product and prioritise the development

Understanding the business issues and data challenges of the property industry and customer’s environments

Creating functional specifications and system design specifications

Problem-solving, trouble-shooting and diagnostic work relating to the software and its customer base

Planning and conducting user forums, usability testing and surveys
-
Involvement and input in functional / technical design sessions with the development teams

Effectively transferring a business, requirements and design understanding to the development team

Verifying that product releases deliver correctly on the requirements and specifications

Supporting the Operations team in resolving incidents escalated from the Customer Service Centre

Performing advanced data analysis, interpretation and reporting
