- University or Technikon degree or diploma with Computer Science as a major
- 3 years solid C# development experience
- Technical understanding of .NET framework, Win32 architecture and application design
- Exposure to Scrum methodology an advantage
- Competencies in SQL and relational database programming

- Tertiary qualification(s) in software quality assurance
- Minimum 3 years' software quality assurance or testing experience
- Exposure to RUP methodology an advantage
- Test case design, planning, automation and execution

- Demonstrable ability in defining and following best practices
